Emberton Estate - Phase 2 Update

Good news! On the 10th May, we received building plan approval from the council for the first 5 Blocks of Phase 2A and they have been registered with the NHBRC. These 5 Blocks run along the inner boundary wall adjacent to the main driveway and gatehouse. The foundations with the necessary pipes and infrastructure have already been installed and the builders are pouring concrete for all 5 Blocks on Friday 24rd May. Once the approvals are received for the remaining 3 Blocks of Phase 2A the Development Team are ready to hit the ground running.
